About City Palace

City Palace was designed by Maharana Udai Mirza Singh in the year 1559. The palace sits on the banks of Lake Pichola. The palace is a mix of European, Medieval, and Chinese architectural styles. City Palace houses 11 splendid palaces, all of which were built at different times and by different rulers. The palace ‘s size is awe-inspiring with the courtyards, terraces, pavilions, hanging gardens and much more. Lake Pichola

About Lake Pichola

Another man created wonder in nature-dominated town, Lake Pichola was created in 1362 AD. In the 16th century the lake was extended by Rana Udai Singh II. About Lake Palace

An architectural masterpiece is the emblem of Udaipur tourism, and a popular wedding spot, Lake Palace or Jag Niwas. About Bagore Ki Haveli

Bagore Ki Haveli lies near to Lake Pichola. The construction of the 18th century was constructed by Amir Chand Badwa, chief minister at Mewar Royal Court. In the year 1878, the Haveli became Maharana Shakti Singh’s residence in Bagore and hence the name Bagore Ki Haveli. This has been converted into a museum retaining the building’s royal touch. The museum highlights Mewar history. The antique collections include things like jewelry boxes, hand fans, copper pots, etc. used by Rajputs. The massive building has over 100 rooms, and with its unique architectural style, it looks splendid. When you’re there, make sure that you’re preparing yourself for the evenings shows taking place here.

About Saheliyon Ki Bari

Built as a gift to the queen and her maids by Sangram Singh II, Saheliyon Ki Bari (Garden of Companions) is a lovely sight to behold. The king himself designed the garden and sought to make it a relaxed place for the queen to relax with her 48 maids. In many ways, the garden still serves its purpose and people come to this place to avoid the town’s turmoil.

Jagdish Temple

About Jagdish Temple

The Jagdish Temple was built in 1651, and is the largest temple in Udaipur. An approximate 1.5 million INR have been spent on this magnificent architectural masterpiece of Indo-Aryan. It is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and also houses other Lord Shiva, Ganesh, the Sun God, and Goddess Shakti dedicated shrines. Not just to give your devotion, but also to see beautiful wall carvings, elephant sculptures and impressive architecture, this temple should be visited.
